My Story

 

This is my journey. I had my first anxiety attack in 2015, right in the last semester of college. While everyone else was celebrating getting jobs and starting new phase of their lives, I had fallen into a dark hole with no light in sight.

At the time, I didn't know what I was going through. But through years of trial, research, and self-discovery, I realized that the path to calm and clarity isn’t just about “managing symptoms” or "thinking positive", but about understanding your body and how it communicates.

The anxiety ruled me for 8 years of my life. I missed out on career opportunities, relationships, travel and a whole lot more words can't describe.
